Garrick Georgeu has also undertaken a further 1 year of training and achieved an MSc from Anglia Ruskin University in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. The J-Frame technique takes around 1hr 30 minutes to complete whereas a standard Breast enlargement may only take 40 minutes, but the J-Frame results in the surgeon not having to use drains so the patient can go home the same day as their surgery. We have found this technique to be much safer and has much better results for the patient as can be seen from the many hundreds of happy customers over the past years who have had the J-Frame technique breast enlargement.
